Two of Asheville’s locally owned businesses join together to create one delicious ice cream!
The wort is boiled out of Craggie’s Antebellum Ale (A 1840s family recipe brewed with molasses, ginger root & spruce tips) and the alcohol-free sweet syrup is transformed into The Hop’s http://thehopicecreamcafe.com/creamy, malty frozen dessert.
It’s amazing, really… you gotta try it!
